SMS Terms

ExitLedger SMS opt-in happens inside the authenticated app, not from a public marketing form. The user-controlled CTA appears in alert delivery settings and alert setup flows.

• User creates or logs into an ExitLedger account at https://exitledger.app.
• User opens Alerts or an exit plan, then opens alert delivery settings.
• User enters a mobile phone number in the SMS phone number field.
• User turns on the control labeled SMS on or chooses SMS in alert setup.
• SMS is off by default until the user completes those actions.

The in-app consent text shown next to the SMS control says: By entering your phone number and turning SMS on, you agree to receive recurring ExitLedger alert texts for plans you configure. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase.

SMS notifications are optional and transactional. They are not marketing messages, trading signals, financial advice, or exchange execution instructions.

• Create or log into an ExitLedger account.
• Enter your phone number inside the app.
• Enable SMS alerts for the exit plans or reminders you want to receive.

ExitLedger does not automatically enroll users in SMS. SMS notifications are optional and user-controlled. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used to provide ExitLedger messages you request. Mobile information, SMS consent, and opt-in data are not sold and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data-sharing categories and are not shared with any third parties.
